Torch River Marine is a full service marina located at the South end of Torch Lake.  The marina offers in/out service, a full line of mechanical service with mechanics on 7 days a week during boating season, safety inspections, winterization service, shrink wrap, and winter storage.

Mechanical Services
We have professionally trained marine mechanics on duty 7 days a week during boating season. From small issues to major engine rebuilds, Torch River Marine can get you back on the water.
Factory Certified Mercury Mechanics - Our mechanics have over 50 years combined experience. Our shop features 3 bays with overhead hoists to lift engines. We always have a mechanic on duty during season so no matter when you have troubles, make sure to call and one of our mechanics will try to get you back on the water!
Fiberglass Repair - We can even help with fiberglass repair jobs for when those little accidents scratch your vessel. We contract out the repair work to qualified and dependable fiberglass repair people that will do all repair work right on premises. We prepare the quote and coordinate all the repair work for you so you can be looking good again as soon as possible.
Summerization Services
We offer a checklist to prepare your boat for the season. Our list includes checking all fluid levels, starting the engines, test driving the boat to Deep Water Point, and ensuring that all pumps are working properly.
Safety Inspections - For a small additional fee, Torch River Marine also performs for guests, and as a mandatory requirement for all vessels staying at the marina, a thorough safety inspection to make sure everything is in tip-top shape to keep your fun free of unwanted accidents and unplanned set-backs. Our safety inspections include our checking the fluid levels, bilge pumps, lights, horns, and all safety equipment on board. We also check for loose wires, check fire extinguishers, and other items to make sure that your summer fun stays fun!
Trailer Inspections - Make sure what's carrying your boat is as fine tuned and safe as your boat itself. We check the grounds, lights, wheel bearings, winch, tires, and all other mechanical aspects of your towing system.
Winterization Services
We offer a full range of services to prepare your boat for when the season is over. Whether it's winterizing your boat, shrink wrapping her from stem to stern, getting her up in the racks, or all three, we're here to help.
Shrink Wrapping - Torch River Marine uses state of the art wrapping techniques to fully protect your boat all winter long. We prepare the wrap with vents so the area under the wrapping can breathe which reduces potential mold growth and reduces the amount of trapped moisture. We also use hand dessicant cannisters to further reduce the moisture levels under the wrap. When installed properly, your boat will endure the harsh winter months and come out in great shape providing you keep the snow load off of the shrink wrap.
Winter Storage - We store boats in our inside racks, and our outside racks, and in the parking lot for the winter months. if you store your boat with us outside, our service includes sweeping the snow off the boats and routine checks to make sure the shrink wrap is intact and doing its job. Inside storage racks are available to our annual customers first when leaving their boats with us during the winter.
